1. Acceptance

By accessing Delovik Dashboard ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are an authorized employee or contractor of Delovik Store and agree to these Terms.

2. Restricted Access

The Platform is a private, internal business intelligence tool. Access is granted exclusively to authorized personnel. Unauthorized access or disclosure is prohibited.

3. Permitted Use

• Viewing and analyzing internal sales, marketing, and operations data.
• Using AI-generated insights for internal decision-making.
• Generating reports for internal business purposes.

4. Prohibited Use

• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Extracting or copying data for external use without authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, and software on the Platform are the property of Delovik Store or its licensors. No license is granted beyond the permitted use above.

6. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time without prior notice for violation of these Terms or upon cessation of the authorized user's relationship with Delovik Store.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" for internal use. Delovik Store is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Platform.
