Delovik Dashboard ("the Platform") is a private internal analytics tool operated by Delovik Store. This policy explains how we handle information within the Platform.
All data is used exclusively for internal business intelligence and decision-making. We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or any external purpose.
No data is sold or shared with third parties. Business data remains strictly within the Platform's infrastructure and is accessible only to authorized personnel.
The Platform uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate AI insights. Only anonymized aggregated metrics are sent — no personally identifiable information (PII) is transmitted.
Data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database hosted on infrastructure controlled by Delovik Store. Data is not replicated to external cloud storage services.
The Platform uses two HttpOnly session cookies (access_token and refresh_token) for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Business data is retained as long as the authorized user's account is active. Authentication logs are retained for 90 days for security purposes.
Authorized users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting the administrator.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, HttpOnly cookies, rate limiting, and non-root container processes to protect data.
